You pay for the inspection once you book an inspection with us online. Alternatively, you can also send us a bank transfer by requesting the bank information from us. Individual inspection is for people who want to buy a one-off car for personal use. Commercial inspection is for companies who would like to contact us for inspecting a fleet of cars, usually on a weekly / monthly basis.

Yes you can. You can get inspection reports for as many cars as you require. Please note that while we are working to streamline the booking process, as of now, you will have to book separate forms for each car you would want to get inspected. This means that depending upon the availability of the time slot, you may be able to book an inspection for the same date for 2 or more cars by requesting 2 or more inspection reports.

You can change the car make/model/location but you have to give us a 2 hour notice in advance. This is to ensure that our inspectors have all the necessary tools and equipment to provide you with a streamlined service. (e.g. you may have initially requested a small hatch back to be inspected but later change your mind and want an SUV. In this case, our tools and equipment to check the car would need changing depending upon the vehicle size and make).

Our inspectors are trained individuals who have gone through a rigorous training exercise to ensure they have the capabilities to reach any area within UAE and perform the inspection.

As mentioned, we provide our services throughout UAE (all 7 emirates). However if the car is more than 50 kms outside the radius of Dubai, there may be a small charge associated with such inspections.

If you are not satisfied with the inspection report, you may contact us through our e-mail address and state your concern. Our team will act in the best of its capacity to ensure you walk away with smile on your face and your concerns are resolved.

For all minor repair services, we can provide you with a list of our approved garages based throughout Dubai where you can get special discounts if you provide them with your inspection reports. Our approved garages are highly trained mechanics who can provide you with the best possible results any advice associated with repair jobs including quotations.

Our 500+ point inspection ensures we provide you with a comprehensive car test report that includes electrical, mechanical and visual inspection. This will provide you with the satisfaction and every little issue in the car is reported and you have a clear understanding of the vehicle status as of inspection.

While we have a limited number of inspectors at the moment, we only cater to any service booked between 0900 hrs to 1900 hrs. This is necessary as our inspectors need the natural day light to check thoroughly under the bonnet/hood and have a clear visibility of all the parts of the vehicle.

Once our inspector has inspected your car, we aim to provide you with an inspection report within 6 hours of performing the job. However, should there be any delay on our part, we will ensure to provide you with the inspection report on a priority basis. 

Our qualified inspectors require anywhere between 1 and 1.5 hours to inspect the car. Please ensure that the seller knows this.

You do not have to be present during the inspection. The whole purpose of providing you with “at your doorstep” inspection for you to virtually view the vehicle condition without being present there. However, if you would like to be at the inspection, you can come and view our staff perform the job.
